About the author

Aasim Qamar Shah, born on 7 March 1985, a management graduate out of nowhere developed keen interest in history and started researching a decade ago. A victim of favoritism like many other souls, he faced prejudice numerous times on the bumpy road of life that often created dejection and sadness. In the state of desolation, he would often close all the doors that would lead to normal day to day life and would start writing in his small room on his desk in the midst of the night. He would find writing an escape from despondency as he loved to turn the pages of history and go back to ancient times to have an imaginary life with the people of those times. According to him, a person can never be able to respect his culture, his land, his religion unless he knows the history of that culture, that land, and that religion.
