Basarat Bashir has done post graduation in Public Administration and Rural Development, also pursued Medical Assistant from ANMT School of Nursing from his native district Kupwara. Completed his debut book Last Twilight after a number of ebbs & flows at the age of 28. Passionate to see his thoughts reaching millions, just as he is for a fish while fishing. Author believes that poets are inborn but poetry strikes them at a specific time.
