Pulin K. Garg
About the author
Pulin K. Garg (1927 – 2002) began his career as a psychotherapist and worked in the field of community development before joining the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He was Professor of Organisational Behaviour at the Institute at the time of his retirement. He is a founder member of the Indian Society for Individual and Social Development and is at present the Samskarak of the Society. Prof. Garg is interested in understanding the differential gestalts of the interface between individuals, organisations and culture. His major effort has been to develop a theory based on a culture-specific approach for organisations in Third World countries.
