About the author

It's me Saima Mansoor from Saidpora Balla Shopain Jammu and Kashmir. Currently I am pursuing PhD in English literature. I have done masters in English literature from university of Kashmir. I have participated in handful of national anthologies. I jot down poetry under penname Naik Sarah. "Poetry for me is escapism, even though abandons me in silence but gifts me serenity." It was not until my inner voice whispered to me the rhythmic verses and cajoled me to listen to the shrieks and sobs of my heart that I began to play with words. Soon, I felt need of penning down my thoughts and feelings, eventually all worries died a silent death.
