About the book

In Sabr: The Unsaid Letter, I share my personal journey through life’s challenges and the lessons I’ve learned along the way. Studying medicine abroad was a transformative experience, where I realized that being a doctor isn’t just about mastering knowledge—it’s about growing as a person. Living in a new environment, adapting to different cultures, and overcoming challenges taught me the true essence of patience, or sabr. I learned that setbacks are not failures, but opportunities for growth. As I reflect in this book, I remind myself—and my readers—that “Sometimes in life you take two strides back to leap forward.” I hope my story inspires others to find strength in their struggles and trust in the path ahead.
