Blade Ashford lives a normal life in NYC, Scarsdale. He’s suddenly thrown into a series of unfortunate events as his mother dies and he is catapulted into the world of the supernatural. He then makes a deal with the Devil to get stronger, but is unware of limitations of his power. He becomes, in literal sense, a demonic plague doctor. The first act of the plot unravels as he tries to adapt to this new world he finds himself in... a world of death, misery, and deceit, with webs of murder stretching farther into the unknown than his mind can comprehend.
